Dear TAAD-IAAO Members,

I am honored to serve as President of the TAAD-IAAO Chapter and appreciate the trust placed in me by our membership.

I would like to extend my sincere thanks to Tim Radloff for his leadership and dedication over the past year. His work has strengthened the Chapter and positioned us well for continued success.

As we look ahead, our focus remains clear, investing in education and professional development. I encourage each of you to take advantage of the outstanding courses and seminars offered through IAAO. These opportunities are critical to maintaining the high standards of our profession.

I also strongly encourage members to pursue IAAO professional designations and for appraisal districts to consider the CEAA designation. These credentials not only elevate individual expertise but also strengthen the credibility and effectiveness of our organizations. Scholarships and resources are available and the Chapter stands ready to support you in that process.

I look forward to working alongside each of you as we continue to advance our profession and support one another across the state.
